The lady, who nonetheless had scrapes on her face, stated she couldn't converse.

Meanwhile, an audio recording released from a computer fix shop shows that the shooting suspect was fearful that someone had hacked his laptop.

Darlene and Ken Sustrich, co-owners of Rocky Mountain Crane Service in Salida, Colorado, said Reinking worked there for six months and struck them as smart and polite.

Warner said corporate staff met with the restaurant's cooks and waitresses Wednesday morning.

Workers from Atlanta made the trip to Antioch to help get the Waffle House opened Wednesday at 9 a.m. Waffle House officials said they want to create a memorial or plaque for the Antioch store in the near future.

Pelicans fans reeling after historic sweep
The 76ers lead the Eastern Conference series 3-1 and can close out the Heat when play resumes in Philadelphia on Tuesday night. Vegas agreed, putting the Pelicans at almost 2-1 consensus underdogs. "We really didn't have a right to win the game".

But last month, weeks before the shooting, Hartline said no one at his shop thought twice about Reinking's request. But a recorded telephone conversation between Reinking and one of the shop's employees shows he was also fearful that the company had tampered with his computer. Four people - three of them black and one Hispanic - were killed and four others injured before a customer wrestled the weapon away and Reinking, who is white, ran out, police said.

A man wearing nothing but a green jacket and brandishing an assault-style rifle attacked the restaurant early Sunday.

During the early Sunday shooting, Waffle House customer James Shaw Jr. took quick action to disarm the gunman and prevented the loss of more life.

The gunman fled and led police on a massive manhunt that lasted more than 24 hours before he was captured.

The laptop Hartline described matches the description of the laptop police seized from Reinking's apartment on Sunday, according to a search warrant. A public defender listed as his lawyer has not responded to an e-mail looking for remark. They said Reinking lived alone in Salida, a rural town outside of Colorado Springs, and liked to play video games in which "shooting guns was involved", according to a police record of the interview.

Schumer to oppose Pompeo secretary of state bid
He is just an ambitious lug whose vote for Mike Pompeo will be no more or less important than that of Jeff Flake or Deb Fischer. That's when Democrat Senator Chris Coons said he would vote as present to allow Isakson to rest after attending the funeral.

The onetime crane operator bounced between states and suffered from delusions, generally speaking about plans to marry Taylor Swift, associates and family informed authorities. That's when a call came from the Secret Service, saying Reinking was refusing to leave a restricted area at the White House, demanding to speak with President Donald Trump. "Educate yourself on what this stuff is before you start talking about it", Tune said. "I knew him pretty well".

"That was it. We never heard back from them", Turley added.

But Reinking had exhibited erratic behavior for years before the shooting.

The former co-workers recalled Reinking as an intelligent loner who appeared to be delusional, obsessed with the pop star Taylor Swift and mentally unwell, echoing details that had emerged in police reports filed by authorities in IL before and after Reinking's time in Colorado. Turley said the group told the federal agent that although Reinking did not seem risky, he had "issues", was "paranoid", and that he "needed help".
