Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri said his side were still in control of their destiny after Kalidou Koulibaly's last-gasp victor saw Napoli reduce the gap on the Serie A champions to just one point - setting off wild celebrations in Naples.

Napoli dominated the match but seemed to have run out of ideas and energy until the final minute when Jose Callejon's outswinging corner was met by Senegal worldwide Koulibaly with a monstrous header which left Gianlugi Buffon helpless.

Kalidou Koulibaly's 89th-minute victor moved Napoli to within one point of the leaders with four games to go, and understandably, the rest of the Juventus team headed down the tunnel in obvious disappointment.

Napoli, meanwhile, enters Sunday in second place in the table with 81 points from 33 games and is hoping to end Juventus's six-year run atop the league.

With full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner introduced and Benedikt Howedes shifting to centre-back, Juve went close for the first time in the 17th minute, Miralem Pjanic's deflected free-kick wrongfooting Pepe Reina and striking the far post, leaving the Napoli goalkeeper stranded.
