Snow and ice weather warning extended into next week

Up to five centimetres of snow may accumulate above 150 metres with some snow to low levels too. Lowest temperatures of 0 to -3 degrees.

The warning will come into effect at midnight on Friday night and will remain in place for 24 hours, with accumulations of between 30 and 40 mm expected in that period.

As if we hadn't had enough snow and ice, now there's wind and rain on the way.
