Israel Responds in Jenin to the Killing of Rabbin

A second suspect in the murder was arrested, and a hunt was ongoing for a third, security officials said.

Local media and Israeli sources had initially reported the man killed was 22-year-old Ahmad Nasr Jarrar.

But on Thursday, Jarrar's family issued a statement that their son was alive, and the Palestinian Health Ministry later corrected itself to say that Ahmad Ismail Muhammad Jarrar, 31, was the slain Palestinian.
