NBC president Bob Greenblatt recently said that The Office was on his list of the shows he wanted to revive. The show, a US take on the original United Kingdom series, followed the lives of workers at Dunder Mifflin in Scranton, Pennsylvania. However, Steve Carell's Michael Scott, a.k.a the heart and soul of The Office, will not be involved in the new series.

Scarlett Johansson Makes a Surprise SNL Cameo as Ivanka Trump
Replied Pence: "Oh I don't like that song because it mentions gay apparel". "I want out", she said. "Because he lied to us, Mr. At the "White House," Johansson's Ivanka tells her father that her husband, Jared Kushner, couldn't be there.

After Carell's departure of the series, the final two seasons didn't get as many viewers prompting it to end prematurely in 2013. However, talks of a revival popped up earlier this year, and they appear to be legitimate. According to TV Line, NBC has already started the search to find a new boss to lead the ensemble comedy. Michael left Dunder-Mifflin. And it would be hard to manufacture why all the people were back working together. Carell is the only veteran stated as definitively not appearing, but some of the other big names could be absent too, as the report also says the network is searching for a new Regional Manager.

'Annihilation' Trailer: Natalie Portman Goes on a Doomed Sci-fi Trip
Written for the screen and directed by Alex Garland , the film is based on the Novel by Jeff VanderMeer ($10 on Amazon). Natalie Portman , always wonderful in everything, taking on the lead role is another promising sign.

But the success of NBC's recent "Will & Grace" return likely cemented the idea, and put an "Office" reboot on the fast track. Finding a way to bring back one of their biggest hits makes sense, especially considering the large fandom the show gained. Now, even supporting players on the series, like Craig Robinson, who portrayed Darryl, and Mindy Kaling, who portrayed Kelly, are sitcom stars in their own right, with multiple projects in the works.
