But now we're hearing reports that Apple is considering bringing Face ID, which is currently only available in its iPhone X, to the professionally focused iPad Pro. The report also says the updated hardware will feature a new design with a smaller forehead and chin and an Apple-designed GPU similar to the iPhone X. Apple took a big step forwards with the introduction of the 10-5-inch iPad Pro past year, and it paid off, as iPad sales were up 14% in Apple's last set of earnings. The new iPad, however, is not likely to use an OLED display like the iPhone X, and will instead stick with a traditional LCD screen. Apart from a design overhaul, the new iPad is expected to be powered by a more powerful SoC inside, possibly the A11X Bionic.

Apple is working on a new iPad that will include Face ID. The redesign may also include a bezel-less screen and may also be lighter in weight.

Similar to the iPhone X, the new iPads could have edge-to-edge glass due to the lack of home button.

The new iPad of this generation would be called iPad Pro, the name of this tablet would be different, however it will be the next edition of iPad Pro.

New scam targets millions of Netflix users

Rumours of the new iPad follow hot on the heels of speculation that Apple is preparing an augmented reality (AR) headset. It is suggested this tablet will be akin to the iPad Pro, or something similarly upper-tier like that model, though the details are fuzzy at this time.

Apple has recently refreshed its iPad lineup in June 2017 at Worldwide Conference 2017. Keeping this in mind Apple has upgraded the device's capabilities in successive years for the use of business and professional users. It's possible that we won't see an Apple Pencil 2 this year at all.

The Starbucks Red Cup Isn't Red This Year, So Cancel the Holidays
The design is centered around the theme " give good ", which encourages people to celebrate the holidays with good deeds. While Starbucks' seasonal cups from years' past have been red, this year's 20th anniversary design is a bit different.

What's interesting about fan-made renders is that they provide you with an insight into the products consumers want to see, and it's evident that Geskin doesn't want the iPad to feature an iPhone X-esque notch, because he's left it out of his set.
