Elliott granted second injunction, suspension put on hold (again)

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has been granted a temporary restraining order against his six-game suspension by a U.S. District judge in the Southern District of NY on Tuesday, according to NFL Network.

The NFL temporarily can't enforce its suspension of Elliott.

Elliott was initially suspended by the NFL on August 11 after a yearlong investigation by the league into allegations he had physically abused a former girlfriend in 2016 in Ohio.
