Clemson climbs to No 2 in AP poll rankings

The Tigers moved up one spot after dominating now No. 19 Louisville 47-21.

Both the Tide and the Sooners took care of business against unranked opponents, but Clemson's impressive performance on both sides of the ball clearly impressed the voters.

Alabama (3-0) remains in the top spot after receiving 45 first-place votes.
