Paris Saint-Germain's new boy, Kylian Mbappe, has revealed that he rejected a move to Arsenal this summer, despite meeting manager Arsene Wenger.

Having signed his first professional contract with the principality club he matured into a 26-goal striker last season as he helped Monaco land the Ligue 1 title and reach the Champions League semi-finals, leading to a call from PSG which he found too tempting to turn down. He joins recent acquisition Neymar who made the move from Barcelona in August for a fee of 222 million euro.

"The price is what it is, it's not going to weigh me down", he told the media as he was presented at PSG's home ground. "I used to come to this stadium when I was a boy to watch games".

"He is an additional advantage", said Mbappe.
