Taylor Swift testified Thursday that a former radio DJ reached under her skirt and intentionally grabbed her backside during a meet-and-a-greet photo session before a 2013 concert in Denver.

The lawsuit, filed by Mueller, known on-air in Denver as "Jackson", states that Swift and co-defendants, including her mother, have falsely accused him of lifting the pop star's skirt during the photo-op and grabbing her bottom which lead to his firing from KYGO radio.

The photo seen by jurors shows Mueller with his hand behind Swift, just below her waist. Swift was 23 at the time.

A photo of Swift and Mueller's meeting has surfaced via TMZ, which does show the DJ's hand behind the singer's back at a lower part of her body, though it is impossible to make a determination of Mueller's guilt or innocence from said photo.

Swift, who wore a short-sleeved floral print dress, was in combative form as she was questioned for around an hour, occasionally rebuking Mueller's attorney for his line of inquiry. "I felt him grab onto my ass cheek under my skirt".

Swift repeatedly said no one else could have groped her. "You can ask me a million questions about it and I'm never going to say anything different".

Polish man arrested over Milan model abduction
Police have arrested a 30-year-old Polish man - believed to be resident in the United Kingdom - in connection with the kidnapping. The kidnapper used an encrypted account to ask the model's agent for £230,000 ($300,000) to stop her from being sold in auction.

Swift said Thursday that someone would have had to have been underneath her to see the actual groping "and we didn't have anyone positioned there".

Swift, one of the most powerful celebrities in the world, has been an everyday presence in this Denver courtroom. The singer's been in court every day since the trial began, something she hopes will "serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts". She said she also couldn't have reported the alleged incident to anyone on her team without the fans that were already there overhearing.

"I know what happened".

On Mueller's denial: "He did not touch my rib, he did not touch my hand, he grabbed my bare ass".

"I am being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions and not mine", Swift added later.

Swift maintains he sexually assaulted her by lifting her skirt and fondling her buttocks. "He touched my bare ass", Swift said, adding that she had a "3-D recollection" of what had transpired.

Swift's lawyers have said she does not know Mueller and has no incentive to target him or to fabricate a story.

Swift, who has 85 million followers on Twitter and 102 million followers on Instagram, earned $170 million in the year to June 2016 following a world tour and her best-selling "1989" album, according to Forbes Magazine.

Baldridge did get Mueller to concede that various supervisors with KYGO and its parent firm had discussed the possibility of letting him go even before the encounter with Swift.
