Paul Ryan makes emotional speech after Alexandria shooting

Ryan declared Congress "united" Wednesday in the wake of the vicious morning attack on Republicans practicing baseball, saying lawmakers. So before this House returns to its business, let's just slow down and reflect.

Not long after Donald Trump addressed the Congressional baseball field shooting, which left the gunman dead and at least four people - including House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-Louisiana) - injured, Speaker Paul Ryan called the House floor to order.
