Rolf Harris returns home after prison release

Rolf Harris has been released from prison while still fighting charges of child sex abuse.

Rolf Harris has returned to his home near Bray following his release from prison this morning.

Judge Deborah Taylor said Harris would now attend the remainder of the two-week trial in person.

"The jury in Harris" latest trial was not told why he was in prison.

In separate allegations, the TV presenter stands accused of groping a 16-year-old girl after appearing on ITV's Star Games in 1978 and allegedly telling her she was 'a little bit irresistible'.

He is accused of indecently assaulting three teenage girls between the 1971 and 1983.

She said she was 13 years old when she and her friends visited a BBC studio in London and met Harris in the green room after the show.

She said the incident lasted about four or five seconds, after which Harris walked away.

She told the court: "I absolutely have not (fabricated evidence)".

Harris has been permitted to appeared by video-link from the jail for the first week of his trial on account of his age and state of health.

"I was in shock because I couldn't comprehend what has just happened".
